Customers are notified of their Orders, Invoices, Shipments and Payments in one centralized location with only a few clicks. There is no need to take extra steps to communicate the statuses of orders or fax invoices.
In fact, your customers can place orders from the web through the customer portal and the orders are seamlessly created in your accounting system with an email notification. Your customers can see the outstanding invoices; they can even pay invoices online if they wish to do so.
